Ketika Jiwa lagi ngga Jelas...

Ketika tiap titik tinta yang tertoreh terangkai .....
Ketika sentuhan lembut buku-buku jari menelusup dan mengganti.....
Juga ketika mata terfiksasi....
penuh konsentrasi mengikuti .

Ada sejuta memori yang tergambar teraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang sekali.
Seperti sedang nonton film di bioskop sendiri.
Kita yang memproduksi...
kita yang mengediti....
Kita juga yang menikmati.

Ada senyum dan tawa tergambar di sana.....
Ada juga amarah murka....
Tidak lupa tetes tetes air mata.

Siapa yang sangka 28 tahun sudah waktu berbicara......
Bercerita tentang warna-warni indah dunia.
haaaaaahhhhhhhh.........
Mungkinkah dia berhenti barang sekejaaaaap saja..????
Sekedar memberi sedikit jeda...
Bagi jiwa untuk beristirahat mengumpulkan tenaga....????

Cara/tips khususnya agar aman naik TAXI di Jakarta:

1. Saat menyetop, periksa jumlah roda saat anda nyetop taxi, pastikan jumlahnya 4, kalo cuma 3 berarti anda........ naik Bajaj.

2. Periksa juga jumlah kursinya, kalau jumlahnya banyak, berarti anda naik......... Metromini.

3. Sebutkan tujuan anda dgn benar utk menghindari supir taxi membawa anda ke rumahnya.

4. Jangan malu untuk bertanya karena malu bertanya.... sesat di jalan.

5. Sama pak supir jangan terlalu galak..... nanti diusir, jangan pula terlalu baik.... nanti diTaksiR.

6. Perhatikan selalu argo meter, pastikan tulisannya 'ARGOMETER', jangan sampe tulisannya Argo Bromo atau Argo Gede (karena kesalahan ini amat fatal & membuat anda makin jauh dr tujuan).

7. Yakinkan diri Anda bahwa Anda sudah duduk didalam taxi itu sebelum taxinya jalan, karena kalau tidak, jangan2 Anda masih duduk dihalte bus, & blm terbawa oleh taxi itu.

8. Jangan lompat ke luar taxi selagi taxi itu berlari kencang. Itu akan sangat membahayakan orang lain.

I think I have lost



I'am now sitting alone in front of the computer on my desk.to be honest, at this moment nothing i feel inside but numbness, tired,alone, and lost.

Yes...., I feel lost. not knowing what to do anymore just to make sure that I would walking on the right path till the end.

suddently I remember a song sang by Michael buble with the same title...lost. I have the CD at home but i could not very soon put my ears on it.The only way i could do is just looking in on youtube and thankfully there are many of them.although it is not sang by the original singer but it is enough.

Causes of stress.

In order to eliminate or at least control stress, it is vital to know and understand the causes of stress. Of course, there are many causes of stress and they are as varied as the people who suffer from stress, but there are a few places to look first. And by learning about these causes of stress, you can figure out where stress is entering your life.

One of the most common, and most complained about, causes of stress is work. However, it is not only the day-to-day tasks and routine pressures of work that can lead to stress. In fact, the mere concern about keeping a job can be a source of stress. Unfortunately, the combined stress of both work itself and the possibility of losing it creates a sort of double-stress in which people feel they have to work even harder in order to keep their jobs, making the stress that much worse.

As well, for those who have not entered the working world yet, school can be a great source of stress. The constant pressure of schoolwork, friends, teachers, tests, quizzes, papers, and everything else can be enough to make anyone feel like they are in trapped in a vice. In addition, the deadlines are all immoveable, so students are constantly under time pressure. And, to make matters worse, there are often several deadlines overlapping each other, intensifying the demands on time. Then, once final exams arrive, there is a lot to re-learn and students need to spend so much time studying that they can barely sleep. Needless to say, losing sleep does not help people who are under stress. Thus, students need to manage stress just as much as people who work.

Another cause of stress is simple family life. Unfortunately, though we hope that our home lives can be sources of relief from daily stress, they can often be sources of stress all their own. For childen as well as parents and spouses, the home can often be its own source of pressure.

For parents, stress can often come from simply worrying about their children. After all, seeing a child grow up, make mistakes, go through school, go to college, play sports, and often learn things to hard way is enough to make a parent tear their hair out. Thus, despite the joy that children can bring, they can also be causes of stress and worry.

Unfortunately, parents can be causes of stress also. Though they often have their childrens' best interests in mind, they can also put a lot of pressure onto their children, causing them to worry not only about school or life, but also how their parents will react when they hear about some new event, success, or error. It is as though there is no place to turn when things go wrong, creating extra stress. No, it is not easy being a parent, but it isn't always easy being a child or a teenager either, since parents can often be causes of stress as much as sources of comfort from it.

On top of that, spouses can also be causes on stress. Let's face it, husbands and wives often have expectations of their significant others and it is not always easy to live up to those expectations. As well, spouses often spend a lot of time avoiding certain arguments simply because they are trying to avoid stress. However, leaving tension in the air while not resolving it can be a cause of stress.

Money is also a major cause of stress, simply for the fact that there never seems to be enough of it. Thus, as the money keeps going out but it never seems to come in enough, stress just keeps mounting. Unfortunately, spouses, children and sometimes parents can often remind us of our shortfalls and they will often increase the stress. Of course, that is to say nothing of the continual reminders from the mortgage or rent, car payments, credit cards and other bills. And, furthermore, it is rather difficult to be philosophical about money stress since attempting to put things into perspective only recalls thoughts about the money that always seems to be missing. Thus, money stress just keeps piling up higher and higher and there never seems to be a way out.

Though this is only a partial list of all the possible causes of stress, these are some of the most common sources. However, no matter where the problem is arising, stress will not make them better. Rather, stress will only make it harder for people to think about their problems and try to solve them. Thus, in order to solve the problems that lead to stress, the best place to start is by managing the stress, then working to solve the problems with a clear and uncluttered mind.

I was browsing on the internet just to find the solution for my insomnia problem when i found these interesting article on articlegeek.com. The article was wrote by phillip jubb. click on this to read the original article.

Insomnia cures by relaxation have been popular since before man invented fire. We can trace them back, certainly in the case of China, for many thousands of years. This is an excellent idea as a physical checkup will reveal wether or not there is a physical reason for the Insomnia or just the need to relax. The drawbacks here are well known. Unbeliveably simply to cure insomnia you could also suffer addiction, morning headaches, daytime fatigue, personality changes, memory impairment, impaired concentration, poor judgment, mood disturbances, and in extreme cases irregular heartbeat, and high blood pressure. The list goes on and on. A safer insomnia cure may well lie in the direction of lerning relaxation, a more natural remedy.
This is the reason why drug companies can afford large scale advertising such as TV ads and big internet ad campaigns. They know if they can get a hold of you once, they will trap you and continue to make money off of you for years to come. Their mission is to program you. Whenever you have sleep problems, they want you to think about their products.
Used to cure insomnia and many other ailments for thousands of years relaxation rechniques are becoming more and more popular with main stream health care professionals to cure insomnia. As a cure for insomnia you need to practice relaxation regularly , notice the experience of the sounds of the simple things in life.

Look into what causes your need for relaxation. When you discover the ways you create stress, you can look for ways you to relax and avoid these stress creators.

Plan to cure your insomnia - You need to consider the timing of your relaxation. It should be daily. Perhaps a weekend is better suited to a night out so that you don't have to wake early the next morning for work or during the night for the bathroom.

Try relaxing music. Keep your favorite relaxation CD at the office, in the car, or wherever you'll need it most. Certainly by the bedside.

Walk a while. If you have at least ten minutes to spare, walking is one of the best relaxation techniques. I have a dog and we walk as often as we can. Pounding the streets or woodland paths is an excellent way of getting rid of frustrations, relaxing, and ultimately, when gently tired, I can can think much more productively.

Exercise - Find a form of exercise you will enjoy - yoga and tai chi are great for relaxation. Schedule in relaxation time every day - This could be for as little as 30 minutes a day or one hour away from the office during lunch time.

Get into yoga. This type of exercise puts an emphasis on relaxation and breath control. Could have been designed to cure insomnia by relaxation. Practise this at least twice a day, perhaps on waking and when you go to bed. This will train your unconscious mind to be able to quickly take you into abdominal breathing and hence relaxation.

A massage is also a great way to relieve stress from the body and ease insomnia. Its great fun and as long as its not your partner doing it :) It's very conducive to relaxation.

lagi introspeksi diri......

Dalam beberapa minggu terakhir ini Indonesia kehilangan beberapa orang tokoh pentingnya.Diawali dengan kembalinya KH.Abdulrahman Wahid alias Gus Dur kepenciptanya.Diikuti beberapa hari kemudian oleh Frans Seda arsitek ekonomi Indonesia di era Presiden Soekarno sekaligus pendiri Unika Atma Jaya.

Kebesaran mereka di Indonesia tidak perlu dipertanyakan lagi.Ini tergambar dari kemeriahan acara pemakaman kedua tokoh tersebut.Dihadiri oleh ribuan orang dari beragam latar belakang mulai dari rakyat jelata sampai dengan orang nomor satu di Indonesia.

Jika dilihat sekilas dengan mata kepala telanjang, aku cuma bisa ngasih komentar:" enak ya.....kalo hidup jadi orang penting dan berpengaruh.Semua kebutuhan hidup pasti terpenuhi sampai mati.ngga usah lagi repot.....semua tinggal tunjuk dan minta.Pokoknya tau beres.".

Pertanyaannya: Benarkah semua belonging/kepemilikan yang saat itu ada dalam genggaman tangan memberi manfaat...dan bisa benar-benar mereka nikmati..?????

Hhhhmmmmm.......?????

Koq gue ragu ya....?????

mari kita bahas..::

1. harta yang dimiliki.
Kalo menurut gue sih...sebanyak apapun duit yang dimiliki, kalo udah mati, yang kepake paling cuman cukup untuk beli kain kafan, sewa tanah makam, sewa tenda....ngasih duit buat yang doa'in.

kemana sisa hartanya...????
kalo menurut pendapat gue yang sangat subyektif sih...paling-paling juga habis buat orang-orang yang ditinggal mati.sukur-sukur kalo ngga pada rebutan.

Bagaimana dengan si almarhum/almarhumah..????
Kalo ngga salah...orang orang yang ditinggal mati sama orang orang yang mereka cintai itu punya prinsip" let by gone..be by gone" yang lalu biarlah berlalu...yang mati biarlah mati...sekarang tinggal mikirin kita-kita yang masih hidup.Point nya adalah.....orang yang sudah mati itu akan dilupakan oleh yang hidup.

Pertanyaan berkutnya: jika memang begitu kondisinya, lalu untuk apa coba kita harus susah susah cari harta dengan menghalalkan segala cara sikut sini...juga sana...tilep sini..tilep sana untuk keluarga jika pada akhirnya toh kita akan dilupakan juga oleh mereka yang demi mereka kita rela korbankan semua...????

Pemikiran ini bukan berarti lantas kita harus duduk diam terpaku menunggu....TIDAK...dalam keyakinanku pribadi...berjuang mencari rizki untuk anak dan istri adalah bagian dari jihad atau usaha sungguh-sungguh menghidupi keluarga di jalan Allah.itu adalah Perintah Tuhan melalui ajaran agama-Nya.Bagaimana cara kita mendapatkannya itulah yang harus benar-benar diperhatikan: tidak menghalalkan segala cara...tidak mendzalimi orang lain, tidak mengambil rezki yang sebenarnya menjadi hak orang lain, tidak rakus bin serakah adalah rambu-rambu yang Tuhan telah tetapkan.

2. kekuasaan yang ada dalam genggaman tangan:
Prinsipnya kurang lebih sama dengan harta: setelah mati, kekuasaan yg ada di dunia hilang seketika.jika waktu masih hidup tunjukan tangan kita bisa menentukan "hidup matinya" orang lain, maka ketika kita mati, jangankan untuk menunjukkan jari ke orng lain, menunjukkan jari ke atas dada sendiri aja harus dibantu sama orang lain.

Intinya; no matter how powerful and independent we are, at the end, it will all gone.Kesimpulan tentang kekuasaan....manfaatkan kekuasaan yang ada dengan bijaksana...kalo bisa digunakan untuk membantu orang orang yang lemah dan teraniaya tentu lebih baik; kalopun tidak bisa, ya....minimal tidak digunakan untuk mendzolimi orang lain.hehehehehe.

3.tentang pasangan hidup( suami atau istri ).
sampai dengan detik ini, gue belum nemu ada orang yang bisa membuktikan cinta kepada pasangannya sampai mati.Paling-paling juga kawin lagi.sukur-sukur kalo masih inget.lawong kadang-kadang masih punya pasangan aja tidak sedikit diantara kita yang sudah mendua...apalagi kalo sudah mati...??!!Karena itu, menggunakan segala cara untuk membahagiakan pasangan bukanlah keputusan hidup yang bijaksana.Kalo kata pak ustadz sih...yang namanya cinta itu harus dimanage...harus ada skala prioritas...dengan kata lain: love first thing first.....heheehehhe
